Ivana is the founder of Paul Andrews International, a Search Firm specializing in the financial services sector. Previously, Ivana served as the Head of Recruiting for the Investment Banking and Private Banking Divisions of Morgan Stanley. Her responsibilities included building an internal search team—from which over 1000 experienced professionals were hired—and creating and building the recruiting strategy for Morgan Stanley’s new Private Banking business. This experience, coupled with her previous years in Executive Search, has brought Ivana a unique understanding of the internal and external search process to her clients.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Ivana was a Senior Vice President at Wachovia, where she served as the Regional Business Director, FA Recruiting and Integration for both New York and Chicago. Ivana began her career in Los Angeles where she focused on recruiting for Asset Management and Investment Banking clients such as Pimco, Capital Group, CSFB and Deutsche Bank. She is known best for building new teams and consulting clients on recruiting strategies, compensation and training.
Ivana graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of California, Riverside with a BA in English Literature and holds a Series 7 License.
Lindsey Walker serves as a Director and Senior Executive Recruiter at Paul Andrews International. Previously, Lindsey spent over 7 Years with Citi as a Senior Vice President. She was responsible for leading and managing recruiting teams, strategies and execution across the United States for multiple businesses during her tenure which included: Wealth Management, Business Banking, Retail Banking, Home Lending, Cards, Operations & Technology.
Prior to Citi, Lindsey built and led the Recruiting function for a publicly traded REIT. She began her career with Chevy Chase Bank, now Capital One, in Washington, DC.
Lindsey graduated from Gettysburg College with a BA in Business Management.
Allison is a Director at Paul Andrews International and brings twenty years of IT and Financial Services experience.
As a VP and Business Manager within financial services companies she led multi-million dollar projects that included the management of Product Managers, Project Managers, Software Developers, Business Analysts and Business Solutions Teams. Allison started her career as a Recruiter in 1998 and together with her business experience has recruited Finance and IT professionals within Financial Technology, Broker/Dealers, Clearing Houses and REIT companies.
Allison graduated from Mills College with a BA in Economics.
